NeighborWorks® Waco (formerly NHS of Waco, Inc.) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to build stronger neighborhoods through home ownership.
This website includes information on our many programs and services for homebuyers and homeowners, and also highlights our efforts in revitalizing neighborhoods and strengthening communities.
If you have been thinking about purchasing a home of your own, but aren't sure if home ownership is for you, here is our message: You CAN do it! And we can help.
Since 1993, we have assisted over 1,500 families in purchasing a home. Our services consist of Credit Counseling, Financial Literacy and Homebuyer Education, Down Payment and Closing Cost Assistance, Mortgage Lending, and New Home Construction.
